Description
The J. Irving Whalley Memorial Chapel at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown. Designed by Newcomer Architects and built in 1991, the Chapel is named in honor of J. Irving Whalley, a founding member of the UPJ Advisory Board, whose family contributed $700,000 towards its construction.
